FAQ

  • There is no waiting room, so if you arrive early please wait in your car. You may come up to the studio 5 min before your appointment.
  • Something comfortable! You will be asked to undress for your session, so make it easy on yourself.
  • The studio is located inside the building of Lynn’s Nails 2. Head upstairs, into the hallway, and enter the door on the left.
  • Located next to Koala Tea Boba, parking is available at the back of the building.
  • All appointments should be booked online. A credit/debit card is required to lock in your appointment, but will not be charged until the end of your session.
  • If needed, final payment can be made on a different card, Apply Pay, Square, or Venmo.
  • All appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hrs in advance.
  • Late cancellations and no shows will receive a 50% cancellation fee on the card used to book the session.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session will be considered a no show and cancelled.
  • Rescheduling must be addressed at least 48 hrs before your appointment. 
  • After 48 hrs, rescheduling will receive a 50% late notice fee on the card used to book the session.
  • To reschedule, go to your appointment reminder or contact Vanessa directly at (916) 245-0332.
